Award-winning author and news satirist to present "The Borowitz Report: A Spring Lecture"

Award-winning humorist, author, film actor and producer Andy Borowitz will appear at Seton Hill Thursday, April 20 at 7:30 p.m. in Cecilian Hall. A book signing will follow Borowitz's lecture.

The creator of the award-winning daily internet news satire column The Borowitz Report, Andy Borowitz is also a weekly contributor to CNN's “American Morning” and National Public Radio's “Weekend Edition Sunday.”

A former president of the Harvard Lampoon, Borowitz’s writing appears in the pages of The New Yorker, The New York Times, Vanity Fair and at Newsweek.com. He is the author of four books of humor, including “Who Moved My Soap? The CEO’s Guide to Surviving in Prison,” which became an Amazon bestseller a month before its publication date.

Borowitz is also an acclaimed Hollywood producer; Esquire magazine recognized him as one of the most powerful forces in television after he created the hit television series “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” which launched the acting career of megastar Will Smith.
