Seton Hill University’s Visual and Performing Arts Program, CareerWorks, the Wukich Center for Entrepreneurial Opportunities and E-Magnify women’s business center, in cooperation with the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg Visual Arts Society, will host an art walk on Pennsylvania Avenue in Greensburg, Pa., on Friday, September 9, from 2-4 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. The “Art Entre-Walk” features stops at some of Greensburg’s art establishments including Penelope’s, Art Tech, Second Street Gallery, DV8 and the Seton Hill University Visual Arts Center (215 South Pennsylvania Avenue), where an open house will be held and light refreshments will be served.

“The Art Entre-Walk will showcase some of Greensburg’s finest art establishments,” said Rebecca Campbell, director, CareerWorks, Seton Hill University. “Participants will have the opportunity to speak to local entrepreneurs in the arts about the profession and starting a business.”

“We are pleased to be hosting this event for the third year. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the vision and mission for the art businesses and how the owners use entrepreneurial skills on a daily basis,” said Maureen Vissat, assistant professor of art, Seton Hill University.
