Former Romance Writers of America President to speak on “Building a Network: The Key to Publishing Success”

Greensburg, PA – Seton Hill University’s Writing Popular Fiction master’s program welcomes award-winning author Shirley Hailstock to campus on January 8. Ms. Hailstock, past president of Romance Writers of America, will speak at 7 p.m. in Cecilian Hall on “Building a Network: The Key to Publishing Success.” The presentation is free and open to the public.

The winner of many awards including the Holt Medallion, the National Readers’ Choice Award, the Daphne DuMaurier Award, and the Golden Quill, Ms. Hailstock’s ethnic and romantic suspense novels have appeared on Waldenbooks and Amazon.com’s bestseller lists. Ms. Hailstock holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and an MBA in Chemical Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ.
