Twenty-three students from Beijing Union University, Seton Hill’s sister-school in Beijing, China, will spend two weeks at Seton Hill - from July 24 - August 2 - studying English and U.S. culture and visiting Westmoreland county and Pittsburgh attractions. The Beijing Union University students will be accompanied by two Beijing Union directors, Ms. Wang Tianhong, Director of Language Training Department, International School of Beijing Union University and Mr. Wang Zijun, Senior Officer of Students' Affairs Department, Beijing Union University.

Seton Hill University and Beijing Union University formalized their sister-school relationship on June 19, 2006, at which time they announced their commitment to working together to develop joint educational programs, including Seton Hill University degree programs that will be taught on Beijing Union University’s campus, joint research projects, and student and professor exchange programs.
