The Enchanted Life Foundation awarded scholarships to three Seton Hill University students.

Working with Seton Hill University, the Foundation established the Enchanted Life Foundation Scholarship, In Honor of Norma Lutz Spina ‘50, an alumna of Seton Hill University. Three $5,000 scholarships have been awarded to undergraduate students whose parents have not completed an academic course of study beyond high school. The scholarships are renewable for four years. The ability to renew is dependent upon the student maintaining a 3.0 GPA on a semester basis, making adequate progress towards a degree, providing a letter to the ELF board of directors detailing his/her academic and extra-curricular progress, and providing a copy of his/her transcript each semester.

The 2008-2009 recipients of the scholarships are: Kayla Lesko, Pittsburgh, Pa., Jenny Fyalkowski, Latrobe, Pa., and Sheridee Wills Hale, Portage, Pa.

The Enchanted Life Foundation is based in Las Cruces, NM, and Elizabeth Grinnell, 1979 Seton Hill University alumna, serves as the Foundation’s vice president and executive director.
