Seton Hill University will host the inaugural "Football 101 for Women" camp on Saturday, April 5, 2014, from 1 pm to 4 pm. Admission is free but participants must register as space is limited. The camp is open to women of all ages and no previous experience is necessary other than a willingness to have fun. The camp is a joint effort between the Griffins' Football Program and the Sports Management Program. Sessions taught by the football coaching staff and student-athletes will include terminology, offensive and defensive philosophies, film review, conditioning strategies and an equipment overview. Attire is traditional workout clothes and tennis shoes/sneakers. Be advised that some sessions are outdoors. To register or for more information, contact Dr. Robert Zullo at Zullo@setonhill.edu to reserve your seat.
