Freshman middle blocker Shelby Kyllo was named the 2012 WVIAC Freshman of the Year as announced by the league on Wednesday afternoon.  Kyllo becomes the first Griffin to earn a WVIAC volleyball yearly award.  Sophomore middle hitter Corrine Gahagen was named to the All WVIAC First Team and Kyllo also earned honorable mention status on the team.  Kyllo and fellow freshman Abigail Malsch were both named to the All Freshmen Team.
