Jamie Martin, assistant director of CareerWorks at Seton Hill University, was recently certified as a professional resume writer through the Professional Association of Resume Writer and Career Coaches.

Martin is one of 13 certified professional resume writers in Pennsylvania and only one of two certified professional resume writers in western Pennsylvania. She is the only professional resume writer who is employed by a college/university.

Certified professional resume writers are the career industry’s leading experts in the development of strategic resumes. According to the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches, since 1991, certified professional resume writers have demonstrated their knowledge, talent, and writing expertise in meeting the industry standard of excellence and in serving the client’s career interests.
