Where: Cecilian Hall, Second Floor, Administration Building, Seton Hill University’s hilltop campus in Greensburg, Pa.

Background: During the Lunch with Liz program, Seton Hill students, alumni and members of the Sisters of Charity will tell the stories of how Elizabeth Ann Seton has influenced their lives and they ways they are living out her legacy. The event will include a theatrical presentation, where students, portraying three of Elizabeth Ann Seton’s children, William, Richard and Catherine, will offer stories of how their mother’s acts of mercy influenced their lives.

Seton Hill students – including those studying education and social work and students who volunteer with the Seton Arts Service Corps, a program that brings art to inner city students – will join with members of the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill to discuss the ways they bring forth mercy of charity. Student athletes will offer examples of the ways they are giving back to the community through service outreach. And several Seton Hill alumni will join the conversation via video to answer the question, “How do I live mercy in my life?”
