Seton Hill University’s CareerWorks, in partnership with the Regional Internship Center, will host an employer workshop, “Creating a Successful Internship Program,” on Thursday, April 29, from 9 a.m. -12 noon at the Seton Hill University Center for Family Therapy, located on the fifth floor of the Stark Building at 41 West Otterman Street in Greensburg, Pa. Breakfast will be provided. The registration cost is $35 per person. “Creating a Successful Internship Program” is a three hour interactive workshop for employers who want to create a successful internship experience for both the intern and the company. The workshop will educate attendees on the benefits of hosting an intern, the components of a successful internship, and how to use Seton Hill University’s CareerWorks and the Regional Internship Center to find an intern. Attendees will have the ability to post internship positions at no cost on both the Regional Internship Center website and CareerWorks website.
