James G. Fulton Fellows Program:

-the applicant must be an undergraduate college student,
-the applicant's family must reside in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania or one of the contiguous counties,
-the applicant must have a GPA of 2.75,
-the applicant must have previous coursework in American Politics, and
-the applicant must be interested in interning in an office of a Pennsylvania congressman.

J. Steele Gow Fellows Program:

-the applicant must be an undergraduate college student,
-the applicant's family must reside in Western Pennsylvania, or one of the contiguous counties,
-the applicant must have a GPA of 2.75,
-the applicant must have previous coursework in politics in a Western Pennsylvania institution of learning, and
-the applicant must be interested in interning in a Western Pennsylvania Congressional office; executive and administrative offices of local governments; or in the national, state, and local offices of the political parties.
