The title of this Day of Reflection unfurls the focus of this retreat for women. We will begin by focusing on the nature of spirituality itself and how it reveals the core of who we as created by God, both as individuals and as women. This will then move us to discuss the importance of self-awareness in personal and spiritual development. We will explore how self-awareness leads one toward a discerning life in genuine and compassionate relationship with others. Our concluding reflection will center round wisdom as the grace of spiritual maturity. We will expand this discussion by reflecting on the experiences of women in the scriptures, as well as our own experiences as women.

The retreat day will be a blend of presented reflection material, discussion, prayer experiences and time for silent reflection. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
